Your Key Responsibilities

 

You will have the chance to:

 

  • Support clients in executing complex technology-enabled transformation projects that make a real difference
  • Identify process improvements and efficiency gains that propel our clients forward
  • Help develop innovative digital solutions that stand out in the insurance sector
  • Provide relevant market insights and expertise that empower our clients’ management to make thoughtful decisions

 

You will get the possibility to dive into the various phases of the project lifecycle, including:

 

  • Discovery: gather detailed requirements and analyze the current situation to understand the root cause of the problem.
  • Analysis: Brainstorm with colleagues to develop solutions and assess the impact to the organization.
  • Alignment: Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders and deliver impactful presentations to keep everyone informed and engaged.
  • Outcome: Present well-defined solutions and determine next steps that guide our clients toward success.

 

Your Profile


You have/are:

  • A Master’s Degree in (applied) Economics, Management, (Business) Engineering, Finance, or a related field of studies;
  • Solid analytical skills;
  • Fluent language skills in Dutch and/or French, with proficient level of business English;
  • A strong team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy;
  • A keen interest to learn more about the Financial Services market in Belgium and beyond;
  • Available to start in September 2026.
