The opportunity


Marketing operations plays a critical role in supporting marketing functions by enabling clear workflows, focused planning, consistent project tracking and visibility, and meaningful insights. In addition to focusing on how marketing initiatives are planned and delivered, we leverage tools and automation—including project management software and AI—to support more efficient and effective ways of planning and collaborating.

To support this work, we’re seeking a resource to provide support across all elements of marketing operations. This role offers hands-on experience in AI implementation, process improvements, tool management, integrated marketing planning, and more.

Your key responsibilities

  • Project Management Support: Assist with the maintenance, updating, and optimization of our team-wide project management tool (Asana), ensuring timely and accurate tracking of marketing activities and firm-wide asks or requests.
  • Insights, Reporting & Leadership Visibility: Leverage Asana and other data sources to generate actionable insights, prepare regular reports, presentations and summary documents on marketing operations and visibility into ongoing projects, campaign progress, and operational metrics. Communicate key findings to leadership to support visibility and resource management.
  • Strategic Planning: Support with planning and coordination across all phases of the marketing planning process and associated initiatives, including but not limited to workflow management, and BMC activity calendar updates, project management and development of enablement resources.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve processes within the marketing operations team, documenting recommendations and supporting implementation.
  • Campaign Brief Evolution: Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of the campaign brief process, ensuring clarity and alignment with team objectives.
  • AI Integration: Assist with the integration of AI tools into marketing and operational workflows, researching best practices and supporting adoption across the team.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Technical proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft tools, with experience using project management platforms (proficiency with Asana is preferred).
  • AI fluency: Knowledge of AI tools, with hands-on experience using generative AI considered an asset.
  • Attention to detail: Highly organized with a keen eye for detail, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality work.
  • Project management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Problem solving: Naturally curious with strong critical thinking and analytical skills, and a passion for translating insights into actionable solutions.
  • Analytical mindset: Foundational understanding of data analysis and the ability to draw insights from marketing metrics to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Relationship building: Highly professional with a natural ability to build strong relationships.
  • Collaboration: A strong team player with a collaborative mindset and willingness to support team members and contribute to large-scale initiatives.

  • Individual salaries within the anticipated salary ranges noted below are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity, education, relevant experience, knowledge, and applicable skill sets.

  • Vancouver: $23-$25 per hour
  • Toronto: $23-$25 per hour
  • Calgary: $23-$25 per hour
  • Montreal: $23-$25 per hour
