Our EY-Parthenon service line is looking for Junior Consultants to join a three-year rotational full-time graduate program. Rare opportunity to see and be part of major financial transactions.

The EY-Parthenon team guides clients to make better, more informed decisions as they buy, sell, separate, integrate, reshape, restructure, or rethink their business strategy. They advise on all aspects of transactions, from inception to execution and completion.

Our team includes 5 sub-service lines for this program and you will have the chance to have a deeper knowledge in the 2 following areas:

Transaction Diligence (Financial Due Diligence):

Focusing on buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, examining the financial and business risk for M&A transaction by analyze the financial impact of a transaction. Consider the commercial and strategic priorities, and synergies to maximize the value of the transaction for our clients and understand the key business drivers, co-develop our approach with the client and provide value to the client through insights, factual conclusion and advice, etc.

Valuation, Modeling and Economics:

Helping clients understand the value of their business, their securities, intellectual property, capital equipment, intangibles and other assets. The team assists clients to coordinate valuation engagements for the purpose of: management planning, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), financial reporting, tax and regulatory compliance, restructuring and reorganization and corporate strategy

All EY- Parthenon Graduate Consultants participate in a comprehensive training program. It begins with an orientation followed by technical and soft skills trainings. Our program equips you with hands on knowledge and practice, you need to play a valuable role in your team and establish a long-term career at EY.

Skills and attributes for success

• Bsc or Msc Degree in the field of Economics or Business
• Excellent knowledge of English and Hungarian language
• Advanced user level in MS Office tools - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project
• Strong interest in analyzing data and drawing conclusions
• Problem solving orientation, logical, structural thinking
• Solid basic consulting skills
• Client focused mindset with career aspirations
