Life Sciences sector team:
We are seeking highly motivated M. Pharma (all branches) and MBA (Pharma) graduates to join our team. The role encompasses various aspects of commercial strategy, market access, and insights and analytics across major geographies. The ideal candidate will possess strong passion for life sciences and pharma and also be open to learnings the

basics of commercial strategy and market access.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct secondary research to support the development of materials for primary market research and background presentations.
- Create therapy area overviews, including disease background, simplified treatment algorithms, identification of unmet needs, and competitive landscape analysis.
- Use disease background slides to identify research gaps and develop materials such as discussion guides, screeners, pre-reads, and stimuli for primary market
research with KOLs and payers. - Conduct and participate in primary interviews to gather expert insights on the therapy area and implications for the client’s drugs.
- Leverage insights from both secondary and primary research to develop impactful client presentation decks and final reports that address key questions and inform strategic recommendations.
- Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and executive
leadership.

Skills needed:
- Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical market

- Knowledge of regulatory pathways in major geographies such as the US and EU
- Ability to grasp the basics of intellectual property rights (IPR) and their impact on the pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good-to-have skills: proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and MS PowerPoint
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Pharmacy (all branches) and MBA (Pharmaceutical management)
- CGPA of 7 and above
- No active backlogs
