The opportunity: your next adventure awaits
As a Graduate in the Data & Analytics team, you will help our clients uncover the key drivers behind their businesses by combining analytics, technology, and commercial understanding. Working across mergers, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives, you will analyze large and complex datasets, develop innovative solutions, and apply advanced analytics and AI to answer critical business questions and support strategic decision-making.
As part of a Nordic-wide team with diverse backgrounds spanning data science, engineering, finance, and accounting, you will have the opportunity to work on projects across the Nordic countries, working side by side with talented colleagues who will support and guide you from day one.

- Qualifications:

- An analytical mindset and a genuine enjoyment of tackling complex problems.

- Ability to collaborate effectively in teams with people from varying technical and personal backgrounds.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Experience/knowledge of programming language, data modelling, visualization and AI/ML using tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, Fabric, and LLMs such as ChatGPT, Copilot and Claude.

The steps in our recruitment process are as follows:

- Assessment: After we receive your application, you’ll get an assessment link within a few days. It takes about 20 minutes to finish.
- Video: After completing the assessment, you'll be asked to submit a short video about your motivation for this role.
- Interview: Selected candidates will be invited to two rounds of face-to-face interviews, including one case interview. The interviews will take place in November and December 2026.
