The Opportunity:
Digital technology capabilities have substantially transformed the financial industry, enabling financial institutions to extend global markets access, personalize customer experiences and drive operational efficiencies. These transformation journeys have led to heightened technology & cyber risks.
As a Technology & Cyber Risk Associate with EY Financial Services, you will be able to help our clients in the following:
- Identify systemic and thematic risks by developing an understanding of business processes, reviewing system control measures and deploying technical capabilities such as data analytics and AI
- Assess the design adequacy and operating effectiveness of technology control measures based on sound risk practices in technology governance, system resilience, cybersecurity and thirdparty management
- Provide insights and perspectives on technology & cyber risk matters.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in technology audits and other industry assessments to develop the technology risk profiles of financial institution clients.
- Have a working knowledge in technology and possess strong project management, analytical and team collaboration skills. Integrity and professionalism are essential in our course of work.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments in technology.
- Support team members in their professional growth and development.
- Conduct presentations in a client-facing environment.
Skills and Attributes for Success:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or related discipline.
Professional certifications such as CISA and CISSP are preferred.
Familiar with MAS Technology Risk Management Guidelines, NIST, COBIT, ISO2700X or ITIL.
