The PROTÉGÉ Programme at EY is designed to provide fresh graduates with valuable exposure to the professional services industry, particularly in areas such as consulting, assurance, tax, and strategy & transactions. This structured attachment offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop workplace readiness, and build essential employability and leadership skills.
Participants will undergo a combination of soft skills development, technical training, and on-the-job learning through real project involvement. The programme aims to equip young professionals with the knowledge, confidence, and competencies needed to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced corporate environment, while also fostering an entrepreneurial mindset aligned with EY’s purpose of building a better working world.
Your key responsibilities
Assist clients in implementing business strategies and operational improvements.
Support the execution of internal initiatives to achieve desired outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support internal projects and initiatives.
Demonstrate a professional attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
