Join our dedicated reward team within the people advisory services department, consisting of over 30 remuneration experts, technology enthusiasts, and data wizards spread across 5 offices in Belgium. Our team focuses on improving reward policies and practices, supporting clients on topics ranging from reducing employment costs to setting up compensation & benefits strategies. We continuously update and inform our clients of legislative changes and innovations.

Your role: As part of our Reward Team, you’ll guide employers in rethinking their compensation strategies so they can make the best choices for their people and their business. Your work will directly impact how companies compete in the war for talent and how employees experience their careers.
Your Key Responsibilities
As an Employee Reward Consultant, you’ll play a crucial role in helping companies design reward strategies that are fair, flexible, and future-ready. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Analyzing and optimizing remuneration strategies and structures.
- Design and implement new reward models that fit modern expectations.
- Supporting studies and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Staying ahead of regulatory changes and tech innovations shaping HR & Reward.
- Researching and reporting on the EU Transparency Directive and its impact on pay policies.
- You’ll work on real impact projects that shape the future of work.
- You’ll gain expertise in HR, tax, and labor law trends.
Your Profile
You have:
- Or will obtain a master’s degree in economics, law, HR, taxation, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch or French. Next to that, you are fluent in English
- An innovative and collaborative mindset that strives to deliver the exceptional experience to our clients
- A “challenge” instead of “problem” mindset
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; proactive and curious strategic thinker
- A strong interest in social themes such as remuneration, equal pay, transparency, and Total Reward statements
- The availability to start in September 2026 (or earlier)
