Are you interested in understanding businesses from different sectors of the economy through numbers? Would you like to start your career by building your capabilities in financial analysis? Then you should join our successful Nordic Transaction Diligence team at EY-Parthenon in Helsinki who excel at deep diving into companies’ financial performance in complex acquisition processes. Our team has broad expertise across many different industries and clients and our business is rapidly growing. We are now looking for students working on their master’s degree to join our team. We are looking for trainees to join us for spring 2027 and autumn 2027.
As an Analyst Trainee within our Transaction Diligence team, you will assist in the preparation of client deliverables as well as gather, verify, and analyze information on companies as part of financial due diligence assignments. You will also participate in communication with other stakeholders such as investment banks, strategy houses and law firms as part of a wider team of advisors to create value for our clients.

Qualifications:
You are studying towards a master’s or equivalent degree in the field of accounting, finance, economics or engineering
Genuine interest in accounting and finance and applying these skills in the transaction space
Analytical mindset and social intelligence in order to work in a multicultural and fast paced environment
On top of solid skills in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) you have enthusiasm towards applying analytics (e.g. Alteryx, Power BI) and AI in your daily work

If selected forward in the process, you will receive an invitation to our cognitive assessment. This is done in collaboration with our service provider, Cappfinity. If you apply for multiple positions, you only need to take the test once. We recommend using a PC for the best possible experience.
If selected from the first screening, you’ll receive an invitation via email to our video assessment. Please note that the video assessment is part of the recruitment process and needs to be completed to be considered in this process.
Candidates progressing in the process will be invited to a one-on-one interview during the beginning of October 2026. Selected candidates will then be invited to a case day, which will be held in October at our Helsinki office.
Ideally your internship would start during spring 2027 or autumn 2027. The start date can be separately agreed.
