The SGV Nurturing Leaders Internship Program (NLIP) is the firm’s flagship internship program for BS Accountancy students. The program is curated and designed to promote students’ continuous learning from an industry perspective and enhance their skills and professionalism through our learning series. This is the Firm’s way of supporting the academe’s learning efforts and helping students fulfill their internship hours requirements. Our program aims to:

Enhance the students' industry knowledge and technical skills through sessions related to Audit, Taxation, Strategy and Transactions, and Consulting
Provide practical on-the-job training to students through exposure to tasks from our Service Lines
Develop soft skills and leadership techniques through various workshops
Enable the students to experience SGV’s culture and Purpose
Provide a flexible mode of learning to students in the form of either virtual, hybrid or onsite on-the-job training

Interested applicants must be:

Currently enrolled in a BS Accountancy program
Currently a 4th year or incoming 4th year student scheduled for a required internship this August 2025
Must be allowed by their University or College to render at least 400 internship hours as fulfillment of their internship hour requirements
Must complete their internship during the NLIP internship period starting 27 August 2025 to 05 November 2025;
Must work on a hybrid arrangement (either online or on-site) as confirmed with their University or College’s OJT office;
Able to work independently or as part of a team
